January 11-12 NAR Level 1 Certification?

I plan on driving down from NC for either Saturday or Sunday for my NAR Level 1 Certification launch. I have built an Apogee Zephyr with a Aerotech H130-14 RMS motor, the rocket has been weighed and measured for CP and CG, RockSim says to dill the delay charge to 8 seconds. All this is complete and ready. Will there be any NAR prefixes available at the next launch? I plan on attending whichever day has the least wind in the morning.
