Freedom Launch is our Labor Day launch, planned for 31 August—2 September. It will be a three-day research and sport launch under TRA rules. NAR members are welcome.

Flight fees are $10 per day for members or $15 per day for non-members. The special weekend price for members is $20 ($10 savings).

Please Sign up for each day you want to fly. There is an event page for each day.

Set up for the event will begin at 05:00 PM on Friday. Those who assist with setup get first dibs on canopy and parking locations. Also, those who volunteer for 4 credits worth of duty get one free day fo flight fees at a future launch.

Will be there for an L1 certification attempt. Might have additional launches.
I’m planning on Sunday for an L1 also — as long as I can secure a motor. (checking vendor attendance). I’ll bring along some Mid-Power rockets also. Looking forward to it.

Any pre-arrangements necessary?
 
i'm going to need a tool to adjust the delay on an aerotech motor. will someone have one i can borrow ? i'm going to make a level 1 attempt on saturday with my LOC cyclotron

i would like to shout out to new century rocketry for the H135 motor. thank you, Jonathon this will be my first large rocket flight! looking forward to it

We can support a cert flight.
 
Just a reminder, we will start setting up at 1700 today. Anyone who helps can set up their area tonight, but do not set up if we are not there or you will risk having to move.
 
I plan on being there Monday only. I will help tear down and anything else that needs doing. Looking forward to it.
 
I will be there on Saturday, Possible L2 cert. K535 in a Warlock, est alt. 3200-3350ft. will be the largest (hopefully) I fly that day. Some I180s and some mid power stuff.
