Hi, I live in NC and our high power fields are closed for the summer. One thing my daughter really wants to do this summer is TMP Jr. L1 certification. Not many people seem to know about this program, so here's the link for anyone who is curious:

I can help her with the rocket, but there is a test which must be administered by a Tripoli official. The TMP exam can be administered by Prefects, TAPS, TRA Directors, and can be taken at the launch site.
If we were to show up to the July launch, would there be someone who could administer the test?
Also, is your altitude ceiling 7,000 ft for both fields?
